The compliance of the strict international regulations and licensing requirements - which have even been exacerbated some time ago - confirms once again the outstanding manufacturing quality of the Hodel pressure vessels and enables Hodel to export its products, which are in demand world-wide, to the key-markets all over the word.
Certification according to U and UM stamp
Since 1990, Albert Hodel GmbH holds the ASME U Stamp and is therefore authorized to manufacture ASME tanks, ASME pressure vessels and ASME heat exchangers.
Albert Hodel GmbH renews pressure vessel license for the Chinese market
On March 1, 2018, Albert Hodel GmbH received the prolongation of the license, being required for pressure vessel exports to China according to D1 and D2
Only licensed manufacturers of pressure vessels are authorized to export their products to China. They need the "Manufacture License of Special Equipment" approval from the responsible Chinese authority CSEI (China Special Equipment Inspection).
In a complex licensing process, the manufacturer is responsible for proving that he is able and has the capability to manufacture pressure vessels in accordance with the “Requirements for Boiler and Pressure Vessel Manufacture Licensing”, taking into consideration the stringent quality and safety requirements stipulated therein.
The multi-day licensing procedure is comparable to the requirements of the North American ASME certification (ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code), which Albert Hodel GmbH holds since 1990.
The entire spectrum of 18 prescribed main points have been certified, from tender preparation, construction, quality management, production and procurement process, welding process to documentation and thus the entire workflow.
Albert Hodel GmbH receives EAC certificate (Russia / CIS)
On April 26th, 2018 Albert Hodel GmbH obtained the EAC certificate for the manufacturing of pressure vessels and silencers
for the CIS market.
